Does the property have the right to publicize the owner's name and room number?

Legal analysis: for the benefit of all owners in the community, the property objectively announces the charges and the fact that the owners are in arrears. This behavior does not meet the constitutive requirements of infringement of reputation right, and does not constitute reputation infringement to the defaulting owners. The property only publishes the owner's room number that has not paid the property management fee, and does not publish the owner's name. For the public outside the community, it is impossible to match the name of the lost person with the room number.

Article 102 A natural person enjoys the right to his name, and has the right to decide, use, change or allow others to use his name according to law, provided that it does not violate public order and good customs.

Article 1015th A natural person shall take his father's surname or his mother's surname, but in any of the following circumstances, he may choose a surname other than his father's surname and his mother's surname:

(a) Choose the surnames of other immediate elders;

(2) Choosing the surname of the supporter because of the support of a person other than the legal supporter;

(three) there are other legitimate reasons that do not violate public order and good customs.

The surnames of natural persons of ethnic minorities can follow their own cultural traditions and customs.
