Takeover acceptance refers to the takeover inspection of the main quality and use function of the property when the property management enterprise takes over the new property or the original property.

Contents of takeover acceptance:

(1) Property information, including various drawings, equipment technical data, quality assurance documents and other information.

(2) Building construction data.

(3) Functions of facilities and equipment.

(4) The site construction is completed.

After the completion of the project, the government special acceptance department will accept the completed project. After the acceptance of the project, the construction unit will go through the delivery formalities with the construction unit. This handover process is called completion acceptance. Houses that have not passed the completion acceptance shall not be put into sale and use.
