What level is Guangrao Agricultural High-tech Zone?

Guangrao Agricultural High-tech Zone, the full name of Dongying Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone, is located in the suburb of Dongying central city, which is the hinterland of Bohai Economic Belt and Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone.
