Under normal circumstances, the balance chain will not be extended. If it protrudes, check whether the fixing bolts at each connection interface and both ends are fastened.

Check whether the distance between the bottom of the speed limit rope tensioner and the ground of the pit meets the requirements and whether the iron arm is balanced. This distance requirement: domestic ladder and high-speed ladder 750? 50mm escalator 550 50mm slow escalator 400? 50mm Japanese ladder, 200? 50 mm. The rope should be cut below the above lower limit.

Guide rails and brackets.

(1) Check whether the bolts of the car and counterweight guide rail bracket are loose, and whether the welding and civil joints are loose.

(2) Clean the working face of each guide rail and add oil appropriately. Check whether the bolts of the guide rail connecting plate are loose and whether the guide rail is deformed.

2.3.6 Follow the line.

(1) Check whether there is any object touching the cable in the shaft, whether the cable sheath is cracked due to operation and whether the cable is twisted.

(2) When the elevator car stands at a low level, the cable should be 60 ~ 350 mm away from the bottom of the well, and when it is less than 60mm, the cable should be bound again.

2.3.7 Wiring posts for various conduits, trunking and junction boxes.

(1) Check whether the terminal connections of the automobile control panel, junction box and intermediate junction box are firm, including the power incoming line, motor connection and grounding line, and clean the junction box. Check whether the pile line of each line is rusted.

(2) Check the machine room, shaft, car top and car bottom for loose pipes and trunking, and check whether the grounding wire is firmly connected.

2.3.8 shaft cleaning.

(1) Clean up the garbage in all parts of the shaft, including the garbage on the door head cover, sill and counterweight frame.

(2) Remove obstacles that may collide with the car, counterweight and cable in the hoistway.

(3) Remove the garbage and sundries in the pit.
