The data tab in EXCEL has a function: consolidated calculation, which can solve your problem. Click to select consolidated calculation, and a dialog box will pop up. Select the drop-down box of the reference location, then click the workbook where the data is placed, select it, click Add, then select another one, add it again, and select OK when finished. Remember to check the first row and the leftmost column!
