Can I refuse to pay the property fee without paying the invoice?

Legal analysis: if the property is not invoiced, it can refuse to pay the fee. Consumers demand invoices from operators after consumption, which is not only the maintenance of their legitimate rights and interests, but also the glorious act of protecting national taxes. Therefore, it is natural for owners to ask for invoices from property companies when paying property fees. If citizens fail to ask for invoices from the property company, they can report to the tax violation reporting center of the local taxation bureau with the receipt (official seal).

Legal basis: Article 21 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Tax Collection and Administration is the competent authority of invoices, which is responsible for managing and supervising the printing, purchasing, issuing, obtaining, keeping and cancellation of invoices. Units and individuals shall issue, use and obtain invoices in accordance with regulations when buying and selling commodities, providing or receiving business services and engaging in other business activities. Measures for the administration of invoices shall be formulated by the State Council.
