Provinces without special enrollment methods will no longer increase this method.

By 20 17, more than 95% junior high schools in key cities will be enrolled by slicing; More than 95% of the enrollment of each junior high school is determined by the nearest admission method. Put an end to the organization of examinations and the behavior linked to enrollment, and eradicate the arbitrary charges related to school selection.

Cities that have achieved the above goals should be further consolidated and improved.

Two, to further correct the violations affecting the enrollment of key cities.

Shall not violate the exemption provisions of the compulsory education law. It is forbidden to organize written examination, interview or any disguised examination and assessment for admission. The informatization level of education management in major cities is relatively high, and the enrollment work should be conducted online, giving full play to the role of the national information management system for primary and secondary school students.

Don't grab students, hold relevant training courses. It is necessary to correct the behavior of individual schools enrolling students in the name of experimental classes in various disciplines. It is forbidden for junior high schools to select students from all grades of primary schools for "special" training, grab students in disguise and destroy the normal educational ecology. No school may hold or participate in various training courses to select students.

Maintain the high-pressure situation of controlling school selection and arbitrary charges. Consolidate the results of controlling arbitrary charges and prevent a rebound. Resolutely investigate and deal with the behavior of individual schools to collect school selection fees, and resolutely cut off the connection between collecting school selection students and obtaining benefits. In particular, it is necessary to control the behavior of notifying parents to pay school selection fees in various names in designated units. Students who choose schools or don't enroll at the beginning of junior high school are not allowed to enjoy the high-quality high school arrival index.

Third, strengthen the organization and leadership of key cities.
