Where is Wanchun Garden?

Wanchun Garden is the former site of Wanchun Temple in Song Dynasty, which was abandoned and changed into a tea garden. Later, using the quiet environment here, a garden-style botanical garden was built. More than 2000 kinds of tropical, temperate and subtropical plants and various rare flowers are planted in the park, and more than 0/00 kinds of rare orchids are collected, and a large number of potted plants and bonsai are carefully made, which complement the peaks and rocks beside the winding stream. At the entrance of Wanchun Garden stands a white marble statue, which is the statue of Xu Xiake, a geographer in Ming Dynasty. He wore a robe, hung a hat on his back, and looked down with a stick, which showed his perseverance, fearlessness and persistence in climbing the peak, and showed his fearless spirit of climbing the king and roaming the peaks with a stick and shoes in his thirties, which was amazing. This statue was built by Wuyishan Scenic Area Management Committee to commemorate the 380th anniversary of his visit to Wuyishan. On the left side of the stone statue is the place where Xu Xiake began to climb mountains and peaks. Now a stone workshop is being built on the occasion of the 400th anniversary of Xu Xiake's birth.

The exterior of the building is simple and natural (some exterior is decorated with imitation bark), and the interior has the functions, facilities and conveniences necessary for modern architecture. The surrounding environment pays attention to the contrast of flowers and trees and reflects each other; The masonry of the retaining wall adopts natural gravel to bend naturally along the mountain, and the retaining wall is dry masonry.
