History of Zunyi Aerospace Industry School

1982 was approved by the former Seventh Ministry of Machinery Industry. Its predecessor was Zunyi Electromechanical Industry School, which was built on a small barren slope in Bali Township, Zunyi County, commonly known as "Maoerping" (the former site of the 32 14 factory of the base "Dismounting" troops). Children's school attached to the south area of the base.

1983 officially enrolled students. During the period of 10, only two majors of "mechanical manufacturing" and "radio technology" were offered, and each major only enrolled 1 ~ 2 classes (of which 19 1 and 1992 only enrolled one class). The educational system lasts for 4 years, and the students mainly come from excellent junior high school graduates in the base and Zunyi area to train technicians and craftsmen for the 06 1 base. After graduation, students are directly assigned to work in various factories in the base.

1987 was renamed Guizhou Aerospace Industry School. 1992, with the adjustment of the layout of third-line enterprises, moved to Ningbo Road, Huichuan District, Zunyi City. The school is not within the scope of relocation, but it is moved to the current site as a whole. Many teachers are pessimistic about their future, or transfer to other schools to find another job, or start businesses in the coastal areas. The school is facing unprecedented pressure, but with a highly responsible spirit, school leaders carry the banner of the school, blaze new trails, take advantage of the opportunity of the relocation of base enterprises, introduce some engineers and senior engineers from the relocated factories, and recruit outstanding engineering graduates from the base instead of the school to enrich the teaching staff. Vigorously carry out teaching discussion and reform, adjust the professional structure and curriculum, build applicable majors, broaden the channels for running schools, accumulate the "relocation spirit" and make unremitting efforts for survival and development.

In order to meet the needs of society, the school has conducted extensive research, opened the majors of "mechatronics" and "architecture and budget", and recruited new classes and adult secondary schools. After 1994, the outward space was further expanded, and the majors of "marketing" and "automobile driving and maintenance" were opened. It began to recruit students in Sichuan, Henan, Hunan, Guangdong and other places, and successfully opened a branch school in the south of Shaoyang, Hunan (when the branch school was the largest, the number of students in the branch school reached 1.5 million).

So far, the students of the school are all over Guizhou province, and there are students from other provinces (cities) such as Sichuan, Hunan, Henan, Guangdong and Chongqing. 65438-0999 school passed the evaluation of school-running level and school-running conditions, and was rated as the first batch of "national key middle schools" in Guizhou Province by the Ministry of Education (there were only 9 schools in Guizhou Province at that time). In the new century, the social inertia demand of "expanding enrollment in colleges and universities" has contributed to the pattern of "compressing middle schools and developing middle schools", and the school has entered a wave of low development. At the same time, "Made in China" contains infinite vitality of vocational education. On the premise of weighing the advantages and disadvantages and ensuring the scale of middle schools, the school began to brew how to broaden its thinking and seek space for outward development. In 2004, we realized the transformation of the training mode of the internship factory, strived for national debt funds, and vigorously developed the application specialty of numerical control technology. In 2005, it passed the re-evaluation of "National Key Technical Secondary School" organized by the Provincial Department of Education, and was later identified as "Training Base for CNC Technology Shortage" by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, and also became "China Aerospace Science and Industry Group CNC Technology Talent Training Base 06 1 Base". In recent years, a large number of numerical control technical talents have been trained for local and base. In 2006, under the strong impetus of the State Council's Decision on Vigorously Developing Vocational Education ([2005] No.35), our school ushered in new opportunities and new hopes. In 2006, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the state on the divestiture of social functions of central enterprises, primary and secondary schools belonged to local governments, and aerospace secondary schools opened a new voyage. Especially since 2008, the school has shifted the focus of its work and made every effort to carry out the discussion and practice of school culture construction, education and teaching reform and technical skills training mode. School-enterprise cooperation has also taken a solid step. In line with the training goal of "training excellent skilled talents for manufacturing industry", according to the needs of employing enterprises, we will continue to promote the reform of education and teaching, and tailor differentiated "order specialization" classes for enterprises. In the past two years, we have successively established strategic partnerships with brand enterprises and multinational companies such as Guizhou Haier, Guiyang Hisense, Zhenhua Shenzhen Microelectronics, Canon (Zhongshan), Zhuhai Panasonic, Zhuhai Fujikura, Suzhou Microtooth (Italy).

There are more than 3,000 students in the school, which are divided into two teaching campuses: north and south. The North Campus mainly trains students majoring in "Electronic Technology Application" and "Electromechanical Technology Application", while the South Campus mainly trains students majoring in CNC machining and tourism art, with a student employment rate of over 97%.

The teaching staff is strong, and 75 full-time teachers have bachelor degree or above, accounting for 77% of the total number of teachers; There are 22 senior titles, accounting for 23% of the total number of teachers; There are 55 "double-qualified" teachers, accounting for 57% of the total number of teachers; 9 graduate students, master 1 person, accounting for 1 1% of the total number of teachers. Among them, there are 5 national backbone teachers and 8 provincial backbone teachers. Many people were awarded the titles of "Aerospace Science and Industry Group Technical Expert" and "06 1 Base Technical Expert".

Adhering to the aerospace spirit, the school has gone through 28 spring and autumn years. Under the guidance of the core concept of "arming and developing people with skills", it has trained a large number of outstanding technical and technical talents for Zunyi area and all walks of life, and made important contributions to the construction of 06 1 base, region and even the whole national economy.

20 10 in may, the school has been identified by Guizhou provincial party Committee and provincial government as one of the first batch of 30 "national demonstration secondary vocational schools" in Guizhou province. All the teaching staff of the school are working hard to create a "national model secondary vocational school" with full enthusiasm and tenacious spirit.
