Standard and basis for collecting property fees during renovation period

Legal analysis: Property management fee, also known as property management service fee, is the fee charged by the property management enterprise to the owner according to the time limit stipulated in the property management service contract. The property service fee shall be paid by the owner on a monthly basis from the date of occupancy. Property service fees can be collected in advance by both parties through consultation.

The collection standard of property fees shall be determined through consultation between the property management enterprise and the owners' committee on the basis of government-guided prices, and reported to the price management department for the record.
