In fact, in the property management area, the object of property services is the area, facilities, equipment, places and venues shared by all owners. The government-guided price of residential property service charges in our city is subject to the maximum price management. The highest charging standard for high-rise buildings (with elevators) is 3 yuan/m2/month, and for multi-storey buildings (without elevators) it is 1.90 yuan/m2/month; The maximum charge standard for self-owned parking spaces and garages is 70 yuan/parking space/month (including the shared water and electricity costs, the charge for mother and child parking spaces is 65438+ 0.5 times that for ordinary parking spaces).
