Lack of property management

If the owner falls down in the community, does the property have the responsibility to divide the situation:

1, the property management company will compensate the parties concerned for their injuries caused by inadequate management:

(1) Maintaining the environmental sanitation of the property area is a basic content of the property service contract. Property service enterprises must fulfill their cleaning obligations and provide owners with a safe and comfortable living environment. If there is any misconduct in the performance of the contract, it will bear corresponding legal responsibilities;

(two) the realty service enterprise shall assist in the safety work within the realty management area. When a safety accident occurs, the realty service enterprise shall, while taking emergency measures, report to the relevant administrative departments in time to assist in the rescue work. The realty service enterprise shall abide by the relevant provisions of the state when hiring security personnel. Security personnel shall perform their duties in maintaining public order in the property management area and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.

2. It's your responsibility when you have a good sight.

Legal basis: Article 942nd of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Property service providers shall, in accordance with the agreement and the nature of the use of the property, properly repair, maintain, clean, afforest and manage some owners in the property service area, maintain the basic order of the property service area, and take reasonable measures to protect the personal and property safety of the owners.

Property service providers shall take timely and reasonable measures to stop acts that violate laws and regulations such as public security, environmental protection and fire protection in the property service area, report to the relevant administrative departments and assist in handling them.
