Legal analysis: the following three procedures are required for parking fees in residential areas: 1. Fill in the application form for filing and registration of public parking lots. (This form can be obtained at the district parking office) 2. Prepare the information required to be submitted by the applicant in duplicate and submit it to the electronic file. When it is ready, submit it to the district parking office for preliminary examination, and submit it to the municipal parking office for public parking registration after passing the examination. 1. Legal basis: Article 274 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the roads within the building division are owned by the owners, except those belonging to urban roads. The green space within the building division belongs to the owner, except for urban public green space or express personal green space. Other public places, public facilities and property services within the building division are owned by the owner.
