20 19 Notes on College Students' Internship Week (10 Week)

First week

I have been practicing in xx Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. for nearly a week, and I have gradually adapted to the working environment here. This is a company that mainly produces dyeing machine computers. Dyeing machine computer, as its name implies, is an automatic control equipment used by dyeing mills to dye fabrics, which usually heats, cools and keeps warm.

This week's work mainly includes installing products and welding parts. Although the work involved is not difficult, there are many skills involved and many precautions. Taking welded components as an example, the dimensions of components vary greatly, so it is necessary to pay attention to welding small components first, and then welding large components. The solder joint should be smooth, not virtual soldering, the standard of solder joint should be conical, and the crystal diode should not be soldered for too long, otherwise it is easy to burn out the diode.

Besides the above, I also learned how to use the digital multimeter. After more than a week's internship, I felt the importance of knowledge. I want to keep learning and improve my professional level.

Second week

This is the second week of work. Compared with the previous week, my thoughts have changed a little. I spent a day watching my colleagues at work go to work every day, and then I went back to my dormitory to watch TV and play games after work.

This life makes me feel a little breathless. This is not the life I want. I can't be like them. I must study hard. For the future, I can never give up studying.

I learned a lot about new components this week. What I did this week was similar to last week, except that I did more work and I was much more skilled than last week. Every day after work, I will read and study. I must have a solid foundation for my electronics industry. Analog electronic technology, digital electronic technology, motor drive and control, single chip microcomputer course, etc. Are all subjects I want to study and strengthen.

I also found that what I learned at school was not enough for my work. It seems that I have to strengthen my professional knowledge.

Third week

Three weeks passed quickly. In this week's time, I have been exposed to product testing and have been able to analyze some simple circuit principles independently.

For the company's product types, it is only these three weeks that I have come into contact with the same model. Because this model of products sells well, I am very busy and tired this week. Nevertheless, I still have to keep a weekly diary after work. After all, there is only one Monday.

This week, I learned to test products. Product testing includes many aspects, such as checking whether the power supply is normal, whether the working voltage meets the standard, and whether the insulation performance of the product meets the standard.

From installation to testing, I have made progress little by little. Whether a product can be used normally and whether it can pass the factory quality inspection requires serious inspection by quality inspectors.

This week, the most unforgettable thing for me is that one day, when I installed the power board, I found a screw that was different from others. I thought it didn't matter, but a colleague who took me to practice told me that this screw was not up to standard and needed to be replaced. I said, does it matter? He said to me: although this is a small screw, it can bring great hidden dangers to the product. If this screw is dropped, it may short-circuit the circuit board at any time.

I felt ashamed when I heard this, and made up my mind: I must be careful in my future work and never take any chances.

Fourth week

I have been practicing in this company for almost a month. I learned something new this week and got in touch with product maintenance.

Because of an accidental opportunity, the supervisor in charge of production management told me that there are a number of machines that can't be repaired. You should try to repair them.

After contact maintenance, I realized that this seemingly professional job is not as difficult as I thought, because in the process of maintaining the machine, I found that most problems are relatively easy to solve, such as the power supply has no voltage, the transformer may be broken, or the zener transistor may be broken.

I will get my first salary in society in three days. Although it's not much, it's only a few hundred dollars, but it's my labor income and I earned it with sweat. I think that feeling must be very happy.

Fifth week

Entering the fifth week of internship, I have gradually become accustomed to this kind of work.

What I did this week is similar to that before, and I have not been exposed to other models of products. It seems that if you have the opportunity, you should apply to the person in charge for contact with other products. After all, it is not enough to know only one thing.

The only thing that made me feel a little fruitful this week was that I had a general understanding of the circuit schematic diagram of the product I took over and could figure out its working principle.

I have decided that my graduation project topic is electronic products controlled by single chip microcomputer, and what to control specifically needs to be selected according to the surrounding environment.

Sixth week

This week is very happy, because the supervisor has promised me to learn another model of products, and I can finally learn more other knowledge, which is really a very happy thing.

One of the products contacted this week is dt 100, which is a small instrument for measuring temperature. Although the component is simple, it is worth learning.

The main chips of this product are: ic7 107 double integral analog-to-digital conversion integrated circuit, op07 operational amplifier, etc. The external pt 100 temperature measuring resistor can measure the water temperature in the dye vat immediately. Its initial work is mainly to compare some reference voltages, and then display the values through 7 107.

What I do is to debug the standard temperature measurement value. When the resistance of pt 100 is 1 19.4 Ohms, the instrument should display the temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. When the resistance of pt 100 is 138.5 ohms, the instrument shall display the temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.

This is not difficult to tune, but its composition circuit is very worth learning. It's difficult, so it seems that we should strengthen the knowledge of analog electronics.

Seventh week

It's been almost a month and a half since my internship. During this month and a half, I learned a lot that I couldn't learn in school, such as getting along with my colleagues and how to leave a good impression on others.

One thing made me feel very sad this week.

Here's the thing:

The company decided to let me work in Zhejiang. I felt very good at first, because it was good to visit other provinces, at least it would change my outlook on life a lot, so I agreed to the company without thinking much about anything else.

However, when I told my family, my family told me that you haven't graduated yet and you still have graduation projects to do. If you go out to work in other provinces, you will definitely have no time to do design. Don't treat a small house as a big house, but distinguish the importance of things.

Come to think of it, my family said a lot. Didn't I study these three years because I wanted to graduate smoothly? I can't delay my studies because of such a thing. After all, I am a student now. Think about it after graduation, it should be better.

So I explained my reasons to the company, and the company did not say anything. Who knows that at a staff meeting, the manager said at the meeting that some employees have no decision-making power, are reluctant to part with the warmth of Guangdong, and are afraid of hardship and refuse to go out. Maybe he has his own reasons, but an employee who dare not make decisive judgments will not have any great future.

I knew it was about me as soon as I heard it. Although he didn't call the roll, it was really hard for me at that time. How can I say that about me? Although I said I would go on impulse, there is no need to say so at the meeting. Anyway, I'm still a student, so I should focus on my studies.

Eighth week

I'm in a slightly better mood this week. Although what happened last week made me feel bad, it's all over. There is no need to put it in your heart and make yourself uncomfortable.

This week, I came into contact with another new product kb, a dyeing machine computer with LCD display. This is a newly developed product. Most of the components used are patch components, with low power consumption, which may be due to limited technical strength. This product has many shortcomings and design defects.

It seems that if a company's technical strength is too small, its competitiveness will be much smaller.

In the graduation project, I decided to make a single-chip clock control circuit. The most pitiful thing is that I have to work overtime frequently recently. As soon as I got back to the dormitory, it was already past nine o'clock in the evening. I was very tired and I was not in the mood to collect information again. It seems that we can only postpone collecting information until next week.

The design of hardware circuit is not difficult, the key is the programming of software. It seems that you have to look for some information on the Internet. After all, you can't cope with what you learned at school.

It's late at night, so go to bed early, or you won't be healthy tomorrow.

Ninth week

It's the ninth week, and the data collection of graduation project is in progress. At the same time, I also went back to the school library to find some reference books, and the design ideas also had a general outline in my mind.

This week, the company began to train our new employees, which is very simple. Let's watch the training DVD. This kind of training is not good, because it is carried out during our break, so we have no energy to watch movies at all.

One day, I couldn't help dozing off in the training at noon because I didn't look for information until late last night. As a result, the company asked me to write a review. It's really pathetic.

I am really tired. I have to design, train at work and work overtime. It seems that this is an exercise for me, and I have to withstand the challenge.

For product kb, installation and debugging are suspended because it is still under design.

On Wednesday morning, the company held a new product launch conference, at which three newly designed products were displayed, but I personally think that the actual design is not perfect, and it seems that it needs to be changed. Anyway, I'd better finish my graduation project first!

Tenth week

The internship has entered the tenth week, and time flies. It seems that I have to speed up the progress of graduation project.

This week, I came into contact with a new product model kb, which is a dyeing machine with monochrome LCD display. The output function is relatively complete and the technology is relatively perfect. However, the anti-interference ability is not enough and it is easily influenced by external factors.

Another thing that bothers me most is that the installation of this model is very troublesome! There are many screws removed, and it takes more than forty minutes to install a machine. This is indeed a design defect, which not only delays the installation, but also increases the maintenance time.

Unfortunately, there is no time to solve these problems. Graduation design still takes a lot of time, and the intermittent training in recent days really makes people feel physically and mentally exhausted.

Although life is full, but also very tired!
