The original owner of my newly bought house owes property fees.

Under normal circumstances, the property fees owed by the original owners are still borne by the original owners. It is the obligation of every owner to pay the property fee on time. However, if both parties agree to bear it by the current owner when signing the house sales contract, then the current owner will pay it back.

Legal objectivity:

Article 4 1 of the Property Management Regulations stipulates that the owner shall pay the property service fee in accordance with the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement. Property that has been completed but has not been sold or handed over to the property buyer shall be paid by the construction unit.
