What is the waterproof acceptance process? What are the skills of waterproof acceptance?
1. Make a water retaining wall with a height of 15cm at the door of the room to be inspected;
2. Put water with a depth of 10 cm indoors, and mark the water surface height at the same time;
3.24 minutes later, observe whether the water level has changed, and check whether the ceiling of the same room downstairs is leaking;
4. If the above phenomenon does not appear, it can be considered that the waterproof project construction has passed the acceptance; Otherwise, if the above symptoms are found through inspection, it can be considered that the waterproof project is unqualified. If the acceptance is unqualified, the waterproof project must be redone as a whole and re-accepted; Water spraying test should be adopted for acceptance of waterproof construction of light wall, that is, water pipes should be used to spray continuously from top to bottom on the wall coated with waterproof coating for 3 minutes, and after 4 minutes, observe whether there will be infiltration on the other side of the wall. If there is no infiltration, it can be considered that the waterproof construction of the wall is qualified.
Second, the waterproof acceptance skills
1. closed water test: after the water retaining wall is completed, store water in the space to be tested and check for leakage. Waterproof layer construction is more common in cabinets and bathrooms. Closed water test must be done at the time of acceptance, and the surface layer can only be done after the test results are approved by both parties. Do not do the closed water test or the test is unqualified, do the surface layer. In case of water leakage in the future, just remove the surface layer and start over. At the door of the room with waterproof layer, use yellow mud, low-grade cement mortar and other materials to make a 30 ~ 50 mm high water stop (ridge) to block the floor drain tightly. Water is discharged from the ground to form a small pool with a depth of 20 ~ 30 mm After 24 minutes of water storage, we will check whether the lower floor leaks with the property management department and the corresponding neighbors downstairs in the bathroom. * * * Signature acceptance. If there is leakage, do or repair the waterproof layer again, and then do the closed water test in the above order. It is qualified until there is no leakage.
2. Water drenching test: Water drenching test should be adopted for acceptance of waterproof construction of light wall, that is, water pipes should be used to spray the wall coated with waterproof paint continuously from top to bottom for 3 seconds, and after 4 minutes, it is observed whether the other side of the wall will be infiltrated. If there is no leakage, it is unqualified.
The waterproof acceptance process is as above, which can be completed according to the relevant process at the time of acceptance, so that it is not easy to make mistakes and its waterproof work can be done better. Only by correctly using the skills of waterproof acceptance can we ensure that the house acceptance work is handled well and problems are not easy to occur in the future.
