Property services can ensure the normal living order of owners and provide them with a more comfortable living environment, so property services will not be suspended because individual owners do not live, so it is inevitable to pay property fees.
3. Property services are public. Owners will hand over the public space in the community to property management, so the property is public, and the property service can make everyone's quality of life higher, which means that the property is facing all owners. As long as most owners enjoy the property service, even if individual owners do not enjoy the owner service, they need to pay the property fee, so as to ensure the daily operation of the community.
As can be seen from the above, even if the owner does not live in the community, he still needs to pay the property fee, and the owner cannot refuse to pay the property fee on the grounds that he has not accepted the property-related services.
