Written materials on what activities the property has organized for the community and what it has done for the owners.

Our community is engaged in some interactive activities with people all year round:

1. Have a Spring Festival Gala, do some lantern riddles, arrange some prize-winning entertainment, and prepare some small folk gifts, such as blessing characters and door gods.

2. Arbor Day organizes owners to plant trees.

3. Before and after May Day, arrange a day of "Learn from Lei Feng to offer love" activities, volunteer to cut hair and repair bicycles for car owners, and invite community doctors and nurses to do physical examinations for the convenience and benefit of the people.

4.7. Hold community sports meeting in August, and hold competitions such as badminton, table tennis and chess.

5. Organize retired owners to package jiaozi during the Dragon Boat Festival.

6. The Double Ninth Festival offers condolences to residents over 70 years old in the community.

Due to financial and other reasons, our community does not organize owners to go out. It is suggested that some outing activities can be held if funds permit, such as mountain climbing in the Double Ninth Festival and hiking in Tomb-Sweeping Day.
