Introduction of Tongling Evergrande Oasis Project

The whole project is complete, including national standard kindergartens, primary schools, luxury clubs, sports centers, large commercial centers and other public facilities. Community quality leads Tongling, creating a noble life circle of West Lake New Town and Tongling upstart. Tongling Evergrande Oasis is planned to be developed in three phases. The first phase covers an area of about 122728㎡( 184 mu), with a total building of about 367500㎡ and 2,732 planned households. The central lake is surrounded by high-rise buildings with 2 133 floors, and the building skyline is patchy. 17313m2 super center lake view, 5,200m2 royal club and16,000m2 international standard sports center will be built at the same time, so as to comprehensively build the living standard of luxury houses. In the later stage of the project, 80,000 ㎡ commercial buildings will be built along Shicheng Avenue, supporting large supermarkets, cinemas and boutiques.
