Legal basis: Opinions on Promoting Property Service Enterprises to Develop Home Community Pension Services II. Clarify relevant subsidy support policies. Property service enterprises can enjoy relevant support and preferential policies in accordance with the regulations when they carry out home community pension services. Incorporate the service personnel of property service enterprises engaged in pension work into the training and promotion scope of pension service talents in the province, and carry out training free of charge. Support all localities to build and configure community pension service facilities in urban residential areas, and entrust them to qualified property service enterprises for free or low compensation operation through open competition. Eligible medical institutions run by property service enterprises should be included in the designated management scope of basic medical insurance in a timely manner according to procedures. Encourage the transformation of old residential areas, according to the actual construction of elderly service centers, to be operated by property service enterprises, and improve the enthusiasm of property service enterprises to participate in property services in old residential areas.
