Is Cinda Group a central enterprise?

Cinda Real Estate is not a central enterprise. Cinda Real Estate, formerly known as Jade Bird Tianqiao, is mainly engaged in software development. After the reorganization of the company in 2008, it was renamed Xinda Real Estate and became a real estate company. Xinda Investment Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder of the company, is a central enterprise with a shareholding ratio of over 50%.
