When will the property fee be paid after the house is handed over?

When handing over the house, the property has been used by you, so you should pay the property fee to the previous property.

Article 21 of the "Regulations on Property Management" stipulates that before the owners and the owners' general assembly select a property service enterprise, the construction unit shall sign a written preliminary property service contract. Article 25 stipulates that the sales contract signed by the construction unit and the property buyer shall include the contents agreed in the previous property service contract.
