Which is better, Pixian Colorful City or Longhu Flamingo Phase II?

I also went to Pixian recently, and my personal analysis is as follows:

1, Longhu Flamingo: It is said to be Spanish style. Personally, I don't like its appearance and the paint used for building exterior walls. There is no texture, but it is made by brand developers. I didn't see the apartment clearly.

2. Colorful City: I prefer its appearance and large commercial facilities. The investment is good. But its huxing feels wasteful, unless it is a large huxing.

3. It is best for the landlord to comprehensively consider the apartment type and floor area ratio. It should be pleasant to put these together closely.
