First, Fuan Sub-district Office has set up 25 community neighborhood committees.

(1) Pure Community Neighborhood Committee 14.

1. Fubei Community Neighborhood Committee, whose jurisdiction covers Suzhou Road in the east, Zhengzhou East Road in the south, Guangzhou North Road in the west and Jiaozhou East Road in the north. It governs 2 102 households with 6306 people.
