The property collects the pass fee for the decoration workers.

Property companies can charge decoration management fees. Decoration management fee refers to the management fee charged by the property company during the decoration period. Decoration management fee and property management fee are not the same thing. If the property company collects the decoration management fee, the decorator or the decoration enterprise shall sign a residential interior decoration management service agreement with the property company.
