Yes, according to the new regulations, the industry Committee has legal personality and can become the subject of litigation.

However, due to the fact that the industry committee belongs to the unit authorized by the owners' assembly to exercise management authority, when the industry committee files a lawsuit as a plaintiff, it must obtain the authorization of the owners' assembly (the defendant does not need it). When representing only some owners, it shall be signed and authorized by all the owners represented.
