Where is the university community?

The Community Neighborhood Committee of Qingyuan Street College in Daxing District, Beijing was established in June 2008, with an area of 0.73 square kilometers from Xinghua Street in the east to Xingye Street in the west, Qingyuan Road in the south and Liyuan Road in the north, including 6 family buildings of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology and 5 Liyuan Dongli buildings, which are managed by Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology Property and Urban Construction Development Property Management Company (Zaoyuan Property) respectively, with a permanent population of about 450 and 60. The main units within the jurisdiction are: Beijing Institute of Printing, National Institute of Education Administration and Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology. Residents are mostly old teachers, professors and in-service teachers, with the characteristics of many intellectuals and high cultural level. According to the characteristics and jurisdiction of the community, the community is named "college community".

Honors won by the college community over the years: Ping 'an Community in Daxing District, Advanced Collective of the Second National Economic Census in Daxing District, Advanced Organization of Community Volunteer Service in Daxing District, Construction of Harmonious Community Demonstration Community, Construction of Standardized Community Demonstration Community and Advanced Community Volunteer Service in Daxing District.

There are tourist attractions such as Beijing Wildlife Park, Beijing Daxing Wildlife Park, Chinese Culture Park, Nanhaizi Elk Park, Liu Min Ecological Farm, etc., and there are specialties such as Daxing Watermelon, panggezhuang Bajin Huang Yali, Anding Sang, Lihua Village Pear and Daxing Pear.
