On the Design of Building Integrated Wiring System
Abstract: Taking the intelligent building in the building as an example, this paper probes into the design of building automation and integrated wiring system in the building from the perspective of building electrical specialty.
I. Overview
Building automation system and integrated wiring system are important components of intelligent buildings, which are related to the intelligent level of intelligent buildings. The building automation system is an integrated system that monitors, controls and manages the electricity, lighting, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, disaster prevention, security and garage management in the building. Integrated wiring system is a transmission network between buildings, which can connect voice, data communication equipment, information exchange equipment, building property management and building automation management system with each other, and can also connect communication network equipment in buildings with external communication networks.
Second, the building automation system
Building automation system uses computer data processing and automatic measurement and control technology to automatically control and uniformly manage various scattered electromechanical equipment, fire fighting and security equipment in intelligent buildings. (1) The building automation system will realize the following main functions:
1. Monitoring and management of central air conditioning system
(1) Monitor the air conditioning system of the whole building (including fan coil control, bypass control of hot and cold water pumps, water inlet control of cooling water tower, etc.). );
(2) By measuring the supply/return water temperature and flow of chilled water, the cooling load of the air conditioning system is automatically calculated and displayed on the CRT of the building automation system;
(3) According to the actual cooling load, the starting and stopping times of the water chillers are determined by the group control device of the air conditioning water chillers, so as to achieve the best energy-saving effect;
(4) Measure and automatically control the pressure difference of the water supply/return header of the chilled water system to maintain the pressure difference required by the system;
(5) interlocking control of chilled water pump/cooling water pump, when a chilled water pump fails, it will automatically put into standby pump;
(6) Monitor the following equipment of air conditioning system: air conditioning cabinet, fan coil unit, fresh air unit, exhaust fan (including positive pressure fan), water chiller, chilled water pump, cooling water pump, cooling tower, water collector and chilled water expansion tank.
2. Monitoring and management of water supply and drainage system
(1) The building automation system will monitor the running status of all pumps in the water supply and drainage system.
(2) The building automation system will record the running time, status, water quantity and pressure value of the equipment in the water supply and drainage system.
(3) When the water pump fails, the building automation system will automatically put the standby pump into operation through interlocking control.
(4) Monitor the following equipment of water supply and drainage system: domestic water supply pump, fire water supply pump, automatic spray pump, pressure stabilizing pump, sewage pump, roof pool, underground pool, sewage pool and water supply and drainage monitoring system.
3. Power supply and distribution monitoring system
The normal operation and reliable power supply of power distribution system are the guarantee for the safe use of intelligent buildings. Therefore, the control center of intelligent building should control, monitor and record the operation of power supply system, which mainly includes:
(1) High-voltage system: status control and monitoring of incoming line and friction contact circuit breaker, display and alarm of voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, transformer temperature and fault status;
(2) Low-voltage system: status control and monitoring of incoming lines and contact circuit breakers, monitoring of voltage, current and power factor, open circuit status of important output branches, fault display and alarm;
(3) DC system: AC power supply main incoming circuit breaker control, DC output, voltage, current and fault status display alarm;
(4) Generator system: display generator startup, power supply, main circuit breaker status, voltage, current, frequency, speed, oil tank level and water temperature, fault alarm and circuit breaker status control;
(5) Lighting system: According to the use function in the building, it is divided into different regional lighting, such as office lighting, corridor lighting, building facade lighting, aviation obstacle lighting, outdoor environment lighting, etc. The central monitoring system controls the switch state and displays the fault according to the time sequence and use needs.
4. Safety automation system
The building automation system will monitor the following equipment of the security system: access control system, closed-circuit television system, burglar alarm system and patrol system.
5. Energy consumption monitoring
The building automation system will measure and accumulate the water consumption and electricity consumption of the whole building.
6. When all kinds of parameters exceed the limit, send out an audible and visual alarm.
(2) Hardware and software configuration of building automation system.
1. The hardware of the building automation system mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Building monitoring system: It provides a man-machine interface in the window NT environment, a platform for engineers to write applications, and an intuitive and quick operation interface for operators. The central management machine realizes centralized monitoring, management and optimal control of each system.
(2) Building control system: analog input/output (AI/AO) and digital input/output (DI/DO) required for on-site monitoring and control.
(3) Building fire prevention and security system: realize the functions of access control, security monitoring, integrated camera control, fire alarm and so on.
(4) Distributed input/output module: the required analog signals and digital signals are introduced into the building automation system for A/D conversion, and the required analog signals and digital signals are led out of the building automation system for D/A conversion before being introduced into various actuators.
(5) Intelligent room control system: By means of pressurization/decompression, purification at night, preheating in the morning and air volume adjustment at the end, reliable temperature control and air volume control in a single room can be realized, and energy can be saved to the maximum extent.
2. The building automation system software configuration are:
(1) Authentication software: Only the operator's identity password can execute the instructions within the operator's responsibility.
(2) Conventional recording software: responsible for the processing, display and printing of conventional recording data.
(3) Energy-saving control software: according to the outdoor temperature and relative humidity, give full play to the natural potential, control the operation of air conditioning system, and save energy.
(4) Cumulative running time and maintenance record software: When the cumulative running time of equipment exceeds the set value, it will give an alarm for preventive maintenance.
(5) Fault reporting software: responsible for equipment fault alarm, fault display and printing records.
(6) Maximum load limiting software: When the actual load exceeds the rated limit value, it will send out an alarm signal and cut off the scheduled load at the same time, so as to reduce the electricity bill.
Third, the integrated wiring system
Structured integrated wiring is a complete system that integrates office automation, communication automation and building management automation into a unified structure, the same material and unified management. It uses high-quality unshielded twisted pair instead of traditional coaxial cable and special cable, which solves the problems of high-speed data transmission, reducing crosstalk and electromagnetic radiation interference between lines. By using a full range of adapters, the weak current system is incorporated into the structured integrated wiring system. Its composition mainly includes:
(1) Workspace wiring: Connect the terminal equipment to the information socket, which is generally permanent.
(2) Horizontal wiring subsystem: from the ground distribution frame to all information sockets, including information sockets, mechanical terminals such as horizontal cables (optical cables), splicing wires and jumpers on the ground distribution frame.
(3) Trunk system: refers to the trunk cables and power distribution equipment between the machine room (main distribution frame) and the power distribution room (floor distribution frame).
(4) Communication sockets (information sockets): Each work area should be equipped with two or more information sockets, at least one of which is used for data communication.
(5) Interface: There is a corresponding interface at the end of each wiring subsystem, which is used to connect related equipment, such as telephone mainframe, mainframe, information socket, etc.
(6) Computer room: it is a room where network incoming and outgoing equipment, interconnection equipment, host equipment and protection equipment are installed, and there should be enough installation space. Should be set near the weak current shaft.
(7) Wiring closets (exchange closets): The number of wiring closets on each floor should be located at the farthest information socket no more than 75m. If the equipment in the wiring closet is active equipment, a power socket (AC220V) will be provided.
Four, building automation system and integrated wiring
The application of this system in Maoming production dispatching building. On the other hand, comfortable working environment and effective management are effective guarantees to improve productivity and reduce costs, so the automation system and integrated wiring system of this building are required to be more advanced.
1. The building automation system adopts EXCEL5000 system produced by Honeywell Company in the United States, with the latest technology and flexible system operation. The system is a highly integrated building automation system, in which various devices can interact with each other to meet the requirements of integration, and various systems such as air conditioning automatic control, energy saving management, lighting control, access control, fire protection and security can be integrated into a network.
2. Integrated wiring system: The integrated wiring design of the dispatching building should be open, flexible and extensible. According to the use requirements of the owner, the voice, data, security and intercom paging systems are designed, and copper core cables are used for networking. The system workstation (area) has 3 ~ 4 information terminals every 20m2, each information terminal has an independent horizontal distribution cable (4 pairs of shielded twisted pair) leading to the floor distribution frame, and the trunk cable of each workstation is not less than 3 pairs of twisted pair.
In a word, the implementation of building automation system and integrated wiring system in China is still in its infancy, and there are still many imperfections and imperfections, which are worthy of our electrical workers' continuous exploration and discussion.
