A few days' notice shall be given for convening the owners' meeting.

All owners should be informed in advance of the convening of the owners' meeting, so that the owners can arrange their own time reasonably and have time to consider the topics of the meeting, so that the meeting can collect the opinions of the owners and ensure the smooth progress of the owners' meeting. The meeting of the owners' assembly of residential quarters shall notify the relevant residents' committees at the same time. The owners' meeting may take the form of collective discussion or written comments, and require owners whose exclusive parts account for more than half of the total construction area and more than half of the total number to participate. Regular meetings of the owners' congress shall be held in accordance with the rules of procedure of the owners' congress. Upon the proposal of more than 20% of the owners, the owners' committee shall organize an interim meeting of the owners' congress. The meeting of the owners' assembly of residential quarters shall notify the relevant residents' committees at the same time. The owners' committee shall keep the minutes of the owners' meeting. Introduction to the performance of duties by the owners' meeting

(a) to formulate and amend the owners' convention and the rules of procedure of the owners' congress;

(two) to elect and replace the members of the owners' committee and supervise the work of the owners' committee;

(three) the selection and dismissal of property management companies;

(four) to decide on the use and renewal of special maintenance funds, and supervise the implementation;

(five) to formulate and modify the rules and regulations on the use of * * * parts and facilities, public order and environmental sanitation maintenance in the property management area;

(six) other duties related to property management as stipulated by laws, regulations or the rules of procedure of the owners' congress.

Responsibilities of the owners' meeting: "The responsibilities of the owners' meeting are as follows:

1, formulate and modify the rules of procedure of the owners' meeting;

2. Formulate and modify management regulations;

3. Elect the owners' committee or replace the members of the owners' committee;

4. Formulate the contents and standards of property services and the charging scheme for property services;

5, hiring and dismissing the realty service enterprise;

6. Raise and use special maintenance funds;

7, the renovation of buildings and their ancillary facilities;

8. Change some uses of * * *. "

To sum up, the owners' meeting should be notified three days in advance. It is suggested to inform the owners before convening the owners' meeting in accordance with the regulations, and it shall not be overdue.

Legal basis: Article 14 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Property Management Regulations shall notify all owners before the meeting 15. The meeting of the owners' assembly of residential quarters shall notify the relevant residents' committees at the same time. The owners' committee shall keep the minutes of the owners' meeting. Therefore, it is necessary to inform all owners to attend the owners' meeting on time half a month in advance to discuss related matters.
