With the development of economy and the increase of urban population, the number of private cars in China has increased sharply in recent years, especially the parking problem in ordinary residential quarters in big cities has become increasingly obvious. At present, the measure to solve the parking problem of residential property is simply to continuously develop parking spaces on the ground of residential areas. As long as there is a little space for driving, it seems to be the principle for the property to solve the parking problem to develop all the rest into parking spaces.

However, with the rapid increase of private cars in recent years, no matter in the old community or the new community, the traffic lanes in the spacious community are blocked because the vehicles are parked on the road surface, and the vehicles entering and leaving can only pass in one direction, especially when there are cars driving in the opposite direction, many vehicles collide and rub in the process. However, the fire exits that each community should be equipped with are also ineffective. In case of emergency, even the owners and pedestrians in the community are difficult to evacuate, let alone the operation of fire engines. Therefore, the difficulty in parking not only causes disputes between people and vehicles, but also has potential safety hazards.

Many residential quarters do not pay attention to the management of parking problems, and vehicles entering and leaving the quarters are not strictly controlled. The security guards at the gate often distinguish the vehicles of the community owners from foreign vehicles by memory recognition. This management method has made many foreign vehicles take advantage of the loopholes, and some private cars of nearby businesses are parked in idle private parking spaces in the community.

Although it is the most direct and fastest solution to transform the public area of the community, this transformation must not be simple and rude, and even cause many security risks. First of all, we should consider whether there is enough space for safe exercise in the driveway of the community and whether there are enough fire exits to evacuate and save people at dangerous times. In addition, it is necessary to reduce the green area as little as possible and find the balance point between the green area and the parking space.

In the face of parking difficulties, property companies should shoulder important management responsibilities and maintain parking order in residential areas. First of all, in the management of parking fees, property companies should publicly display detailed charging standards and formulate a reasonable and orderly charging mechanism according to the location and fixity of parking spaces. We must resolutely put an end to the situation that fees are not fixed and there are no standards. Secondly, strengthen the management of car owners' parking order and conduct regular inspections to prevent car owners from occupying parking spaces indiscriminately. Finally, the vehicles of foreign tourists should be registered one by one and charged reasonably. Due to the difficulty of parking in the community, visitors' vehicles should be strictly registered and managed in an orderly manner. For residential areas with few parking spaces, you can charge by the hour, or put a "no foreign vehicles allowed" sign at the entrance of the residential area to reduce the parking pressure in the residential area.
