Is there an obligation to inform the property when stopping water supply?

Yes The Property Management Service Specification requires that water supply be notified in advance (not less than 24 hours) and the delivery time should be specified. Notification methods include written notification, bulletin board or telephone notification.

Water stoppage caused by emergency should be notified within 2 hours after the incident.

If the water supply is stopped due to property reasons, the loss shall be borne by the property company.

If the water supply is stopped due to the reason of the municipal water supply company, it shall be borne by the water supply company.
