In order to strengthen public participation, give full play to the role of the public in the urban management of our district, and improve the level of urban management, according to the Implementation Plan for the Construction and Management of Parking Facilities in Chengyang District (Cheng Parking Zi [202 1] 1No.), relevant laws and regulations, and relevant provisions on government affairs disclosure, the road sections where road parking charges are to be implemented in Chengyang District are publicized, and valuable opinions and suggestions from all sectors of society are welcome. The newly-added management parking spaces are now publicized as follows:

First, the starting and ending time

On March 25, 2022, the on-street parking fee management will be implemented from 0: 00, and the stop time will be notified separately.

Third, the charging standard

1. Parking service is charged during daytime [8:00 (including 8:00) to 18:00 (including 18:00)], and parking is insufficient 15 minutes (including 15 minutes). Take 1 hour as the time unit, and if it is less than 1 hour, it is counted as 1 hour. Where the maximum daily charge standard is stipulated, the daily charge shall be calculated from [8:00 (inclusive) to 18:00 (inclusive)] 10 hour. If the daily maximum price is set, it shall not exceed the prescribed daily maximum price. Night time [18:00 (excluding 18:00) to 8:00 the next day (excluding 8:00)] is free.

2. Class I areas: small vehicles in 3 yuan, capped 15 yuan, medium vehicles in 5 yuan, capped 20 yuan, large vehicles in 8 yuan and capped 30 yuan.

3. Category II areas: 2 yuan per hour for small vehicles, capped at 10 yuan, 3 yuan per hour for medium vehicles, capped at 15 yuan, 4 yuan per hour for large vehicles, capped at 25 yuan.

4. Three types of areas: 2 yuan for small cars, 3 yuan for medium cars and 5 yuan for large cars. Parking shall not exceed 4 hours at a time, and the daily charge standard shall be implemented for more than 4 hours. Small car 4 yuan/day, medium car 6 yuan/day, large car 8 yuan/day.

5. Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, administrative law enforcement vehicles, ambulances and other public service vehicles (in accordance with the provisions of the need to spray logo patterns, install logo lights) are temporarily parked, and free parking is given in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

6. For vehicles with new energy vehicle license plates issued by the public security department, the parking service fee for the first 2 hours will be exempted; Temporary parking for the disabled (valid certificates should be presented to the parking administrator before payment) is exempted from 4-hour parking service fee every time.

Four, the parking of motor vehicles in the toll management area shall comply with the following provisions

1. The driver must park the vehicle in a single parking berth in an orderly manner according to the forward direction, and cooperate with the command of the on-site parking administrator. It is forbidden to stop and press the parking space marking or one car occupies two positions. And consciously pay the parking fee according to the established parking fee standard indicated by the toll notice board before leaving the berth.

2. After the vehicle is parked, the driver should tighten the handbrake in time and lock the window. Parking fee is the cost of occupying urban road resources (excluding storage fee), and the driver is responsible for the safety of motor vehicles and property inside.
