What's the difference between an uprising and a mutiny?

Uprising means expressing willingness to join our army and turning guns against the enemy. Such as the uprisings of He Jifeng, Zhang Kexia, Liao Yunzhou and Changchun of the 60th Army in the Huai Hai Campaign.

Surrender refers to the situation in which an established organization voluntarily lays down its arms. After the 60 th Army Uprising, the new 7 th Army in Changchun chose to lay down their arms, although there was still some resistance, so it was characterized as mutiny.
