Outdoor loudspeakers affect the healthy life of nearby residents. Which department should I complain about?

Noise pollution belongs to social life noise pollution except industrial enterprise production noise, traffic noise and construction noise. According to the provisions of the National Noise Pollution Prevention Law, the noise pollution caused by the use of fixed mechanical equipment (such as fans, air conditioners and KTV stereos) in general business operations is handled by the environmental protection department, while other similar household musical instruments that disturb people, use loudspeakers to attract customers, and use audio equipment in public places are handled by the public security department. Of course, there are still some social noises that can only be solved through negotiation or civil litigation. I suggest you look at the contents of the national noise pollution prevention law first.
