Property is terrible. How did the court decide that 45% of the accused did not pay the property fee?

There is no necessary causal relationship between the poor service of the property company and whether it can refuse to pay the property fee.

If the property service contract stipulates that some services of the property company are not in place, the owner can refuse to pay the property fee and can handle it according to the contract.

If there is no contract and there are no other circumstances in which the property fee can be refused, the court will not support the owner to refuse to pay the property fee just because the property service is poor.

Article 6 If an owner refuses to pay the property fee without justifiable reasons or fails to pay the property fee within a reasonable period after being urged in writing, the people's court shall support the property service enterprise in requesting the owner to pay the property fee. Property service enterprises have provided services in accordance with the contract and relevant regulations, and the people's court will not support the owners' defense on the grounds that they do not enjoy or need to accept relevant property services.
