If Party A suffers losses due to the dissolution of this Agreement or the agent's refusal or delay in fulfilling the obligation of house purchase assistance, Party B shall be responsible for all the compensation.

7. This Agreement is made in duplicate ***2 pages, with no other supplementary terms. Party A and Party B each hold one copy, which shall be established after being signed by both parties.

8. This agreement shall come into force as of the date of signing the contract.
