The Notice of Harbin Municipal Government on Standardizing the Charge of Supporting Property Services for shantytown renovation issued in February, 20 15 stipulates that the state administrative department can pay the three-year supporting property service fee in full when it arranges the demolition of shanty towns for housing renovation, and complete the payment of the property service fee with the ownership certificate.
