24-hour hotline of National Health Commission: 12320.

12320 is a government public welfare hotline set up by the Ministry of Health. It was launched on February 9, 2005, and was put on trial in 2006. 20 12 will be fully launched at the end of this year. 201March 2320, the public health telephone was officially renamed as 12320. The telephone covers all parts of the country and serves everyone in China.

Epidemic prevention 9 is not allowed: 1. It is not allowed to expand the scope of travel restrictions from medium-high risk areas to other areas without authorization. 2. Restrictive measures such as forced repatriation and isolation shall not be taken for people from low-risk areas. 3. Do not arbitrarily extend the control time of medium and high risk areas, closed control areas and control areas. 4. The scope of risk personnel who take isolation control measures shall not be expanded without authorization. 5. Do not arbitrarily extend the isolation and health monitoring time of risk personnel. 6. Do not refuse to provide medical services for critically ill patients who need regular diagnosis and treatment on the grounds of epidemic prevention and control. 7. It is not allowed to take measures such as isolation for qualified college students who leave school and return home. 8. It is not allowed to set up epidemic prevention checkpoints at will to restrict the passage of qualified passengers and trucks. 9. It is not allowed to close places in low-risk areas at will to ensure normal production and life.
