Second, the arrangement method of the first phase of the doctor apartment.

Considering the development strategy of the school, such as the construction of precision gravity survey and the introduction of talents, improving the living conditions of doctoral students and forming an atmosphere of centralized communication, the first phase of doctoral apartment will be arranged in two phases according to six types.

The first stage: 20 buildings in the family area need to be demolished due to the construction land of the precision gravity measurement science project, and at the same time, the housing resettlement teachers in the non-demolition area need to be requisitioned. Therefore, the arrangement order of this stage is as follows:

One: doctoral students living in the demolition area;

The second category: doctoral students living in Park King Pavilion;

The third category: doctoral students living in resettlement houses;

The fourth category: doctoral students living in other parts of the family;

Class V: Ph.D. students who entered school 20 12 years ago and stayed in the master's dormitory temporarily.

The above five categories are directly moved to the first phase of the doctoral apartment. If the first four categories give up staying in the first phase of the doctor's apartment for special reasons, they can choose to stay in the temporary transition room in the family area (the temporary transition room will be arranged by Huahong Company according to the requirements of the real estate office and adjusted according to the relatively concentrated residence). The temporary transition time is half a year. After half a year, you must move out of the family area. At that time, the first phase of Doctor Apartment will no longer be arranged, and the accommodation center of Logistics Group Property Company will arrange to stay in other accommodation areas.

The second stage: if there are spare beds in the doctor's apartment after the first stage, the second stage will be arranged according to the number of rooms.

The sixth category: doctoral students who entered the doctoral program in 20 13 and temporarily stayed in the master's dormitory. The property management center of the property company will make an overall allocation plan according to the number of applicants and the number of remaining rooms.

Third, the doctor apartment room allocation method

Based on the principle of relatively centralized departments and relatively separate men and women, the residential management center of the property company provides the room number section according to the department's occupancy list, and arranges the room number after examination and approval by the department.
