At the beginning of the group's establishment, it developed and operated a series of commercial office projects, such as Great Wall Office Building in Xicheng District, Hang Seng Office Building in Xuanwu District, Jinqiao Office Building in Haidian District and Zhongjing Building in Haidian District. Since 2000, the development scale of the Group has reached a new level. The real estate projects completed and under development by the Group and its member enterprises include: Century Trade Building on the space bridge of the West Third Ring Road, Century Science and Trade Building on the Fourth North Environmental Protection Bridge, Wukesong West Chang 'an Center on Chang 'an Street, Yanxitai Villa at the foot of Xishan Mountain, Beijing North Residential Community near lishuiqiao, Zhongguancun Building in the core area of Zhongguancun, Zhongguancun Creative Park on Beiqing Road and Sanlihe Road.

With the development and prosperity of the real estate market in China, Phoenix Group has been developing and growing in the market fight. (ranked 47 1 in 2006), Beijing Xintianlu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (ranked 6 16 in 2007), Beijing Boyayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. (ranked 548 in 2008) and Beijing Boyayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd., which won the "2007 Tax Payment/kloc" in 2005. The projects developed by the group, such as "Century Economic and Trade Building", "Century Science and Trade Building" and "Beijing North", have won the gold medal of Beijing Great Wall Cup for many times.

The Group has established long-term friendly cooperative relations with large state-owned enterprises such as China Construction International, China Minmetals and Beijing Urban Construction, and cooperated in project development.
