I had to go to work, and no one at home looked for them, so I gave them the money to solve the problem. They are obedient and disobedient. Admit verbally that it won't be solved.

Their service quality is so poor that I delayed the delivery of the house again. They cut off my water and electricity many times and damaged my booster pump. I looked for them again, but they shirked and refused to admit that the water and electricity had been turned off. Paying property fees and improving the quality of property services make me physically and mentally exhausted.

To sum up, I asked a third party to help me solve the problem of property management fee this afternoon! After several hours of negotiation, we reached an agreement that I would waive the property fee for two years and the quality of property service would continue to improve.

In fact, we have struggled for several years, and since 20 19, property management has improved slightly, which is obvious to all. For example, garbage will be cleaned up in time, psoriasis will no longer appear, there will be no poop from pet dogs, and vehicles will be parked more neatly. I hope that the property will continue to be rectified and the service to the owners will be improved, instead of blindly pursuing economic interests to expand the contradiction with the owners!
