The company acquired 27% shares of Zhuhai Xun Qing Culture Media Co., Ltd. held by Dantian Group Co., Ltd. of Zhuhai Special Economic Zone.

After many negotiations between the two parties, the valuation of Xun Qing Media is 2.38 times of the actual input cost of Dantian Group.

Zhuhai Dantian Property Management Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in entrusting property leasing and property management services to provide campus property management services for major universities.
