There are three common ways to arrange smoke exhaust pipes in the cabinet:

One: Connect the fume hood pipeline to the smoke outlet through the ceiling. Precautions:

1/ First, check whether the ceiling moves down and the upper part reserves space and position.

2/ Before the ceiling, the exhaust pipe of the range hood is embedded in the upper part of the ceiling. It is necessary to determine the exposed position of the smoke exhaust pipe on the ceiling according to the design drawings of the cabinet. You also need to refer to the style of the range hood. Generally speaking, the smoke pipe of European hood is in the middle position, and the smoke pipe of sergeant hood is on one side of hood. These conditions will affect the position of the reserved opening.

3/ Pay attention to seal the gap at the smoke outlet when burying the smoke exhaust pipe to ensure that it is firm and does not fall off.

4/ If the cooker is placed on the balcony side, pay attention to whether the smoke exhaust pipe passes through the lintel of the building. In principle, the property management department is not allowed to punch holes through the smoke exhaust pipe on the lintel.

This treatment method does not need to consider the distance between the smoke outlet and the wall, which prevents the installation of the hanging cabinet from being affected because the distance between the smoke outlet and the wall is greater than the depth of the hanging cabinet, and also prevents the appearance from being affected by leaving a horizontal smoke exhaust pipe at the top of the hanging cabinet after installation.

5/ In this way, the pipeline will inevitably run up and down in the exposed part of the ceiling and the upper part of the range hood. Friends can design a protection board to decorate it according to the position and height of this pipeline. This method is conducive to smooth exhaust and beautiful overall layout.

Two: the ceiling is close to the top of the kitchen, and the smoke exhaust pipe is taken away horizontally by using the space between the ceiling and the top of the hanging cabinet. Precautions:

1/ Whether it is possible to take the exhaust duct between the ceiling and the top of the hanging cabinet. The position of the smoke crossing must be higher than the top of the hanging cabinet. There is no obstacle in the main position of gas meter.

2/ The distance from the outer edge of the smoke outlet to the back wall shall not exceed the depth of the cabinet body of the hanging cabinet, so that the smoke exhaust pipe can be sealed with a cover plate after the hanging cabinet is installed. If there is a gas sensor here, it needs to be drawn out and put in a suitable position.

Third, the smoke exhaust pipe enters the flue through the hanging cabinet. Precautions:

1/ The smoke crossing should be arranged within the height and depth thickness of the hanging cabinet, and the specific size should be between 2000 and 2200 at the upper and lower smoke opening edges, and the distance between the outer edge of the smoke crossing and the back wall should not be more than 250. Ensure that the smoke exhaust pipe has enough space in front of the gas meter and gas pipeline when installing the hanging cabinet.

2/ Chinese range hoods generally have a cabinet at the upper part, and the exhaust pipe has space for introduction. European range hoods are not suitable for this way, because there is usually no cabinet on the upper part of European range hoods. If this way is needed, it is necessary to raise the hanging cabinets on both sides, so that the upper part of the European-style smoke machine and the top of the hanging cabinet can have space for pipeline introduction, and the upper part of the European-style smoke machine is designed to be closed, so that the smoke exhaust pipe can be prevented from sagging and bypassing, which will affect the smoke exhaust effect and visual beauty.
