For banks, there is no risk as long as there is guarantee responsibility. Therefore, banks will not intervene in the handling of real estate licenses.
Only after the real estate license is completed, the bank will step in, set the mortgage with the real estate license and obtain other warrants. What is left is that the lender repays the loan on time.
