How long is the property fee overdue?

Three months. Property management fee is also called property management service fee or property management fee. If it is not paid for more than 3 months, there will be a late fee. If the owner or user fails to pay the property management service fee as agreed in the property management service contract, the property management enterprise may charge a late fee of three thousandths of the payable fee on a daily basis or in accordance with the agreement.
