According to the planning information of Changzhou Natural Resources Bureau, the pre-approval publicity of the design scheme of the construction project on the east side of Camellia Road and the south side of Yulan Road was recently announced.

According to the plan, the plot is planned to include four 20-storey high-rise residential buildings and 1 building, community pension facilities, postal service places and other buildings.

The project has two exits on Yulan Road, one is garage exit, the other is vehicle exit and pedestrian exit.

At the end of May this year, the plots on the east side of Camellia Road and the south side of Yulan Road in Zhonglou District officially ushered in online limited-time bidding. After 2 1 round bidding, Rongxin successfully won the plot, with a total transaction price of 395 million yuan, a floor price of 93 13 yuan/㎡ and a premium rate of 36%. This is also the land that Rongxin successfully captured when he first entered Changzhou.

The plot reaches Beigang Street in the north, Hefeng Royal Garden in the east, Du Ya in LAM Raymond in the south, Camellia Road in the west and Yulan Road in the north.
