Article 1 Applicable law

1. 1 The applicable laws of this contract are: People's Republic of China (PRC) Technology Contract Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Copyright Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Computer Software Protection Regulations and Economic Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.

1.2 If the time of the above documents is inconsistent, the later document shall prevail.

Article 2 Scope of Contract

3.3.4 During the use of UFIDA software by Party A, Party B shall not be responsible for the data loss, loss of profit or turnover or increase of expenses caused by equipment failure and operation errors, and the loss caused by the software not being used according to normal operation specifications or being stolen, lost, damaged or misused.

Article 4 Copyright

4. 1 Party B owns the copyright (i.e. copyright) of the _ _ _ _ system software.
