How to use the floor heating switch correctly

1. The valve switches of floor heating are all closed. Turn the valve handle 90 degrees counterclockwise. If you want to turn off the floor heating, just make it perpendicular to the heating pipe.

2. If you want to turn off or turn on the indoor heating system, you can turn off or turn on the floor heating water supply.

3. If you want to adjust the room temperature, you need to adjust the angles of the three small knobs on the floor heating pipeline of the heating system. When the knob is parallel to the lower heating tube, it is turned on, and when the knob is vertical to the lower heating tube, it is turned off.

Extended data:

Main parameters of floor heating:

(1) Water supply temperature: 50 ~ 60℃, with the maximum not exceeding 60℃.

(2) Water supply pressure: 0.3 ~ 0.5 MPa, the maximum should not be greater than 0.8 Mpa.

(3) Temperature difference between supply and return water: it should not be greater than 10℃.

(4) The flow rate of hot water in the heating pipeline should be controlled at 0.25 ~ 0.5m/s. ..

(5) Geothermal radiant heating structure thickness: 50-80mm (excluding the thickness of leveling layer and floor decoration layer), including 30-50mm insulation layer and 25-30 mm filling layer.

(6) Structural weight of geothermal radiant heating layer: 70 ~ 120kg/m2.

(7) The length of heating pipeline in each loop should be controlled at 60 ~ 80m, and the longest should not exceed 100m, and each set of distribution header should not exceed 6 loops.

(8) Ground temperature control: the ground temperature for long-term stay of personnel shall be controlled at 24 ~ 26℃, for short-term stay of personnel at 28 ~ 30℃, and for unmanned areas at 35 ~ 40℃.
