Long Jun, 1959 was born in Jiazi Town, Lufeng City, Guangdong Province in June. He became a Hong Kong citizen in the early 1990s. The chairman of Hong Kong Jinlong Financial Group Co., Ltd. and the chairman of Shenzhen Jinlong Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. are the actual controllers of Jinlong Industry, Jinlong Trading Group and their overseas holding companies. He supported Nanjing's municipal construction, once invested 23 million yuan to build the west extension project of Hanzhong West Road, and established Nanjing Jinlong Property Development Co., Ltd. to jointly invest in the construction of Kangyiyuan. 1994 awarded the title of honorary citizen.
