Evergrande's house maintenance is the responsibility of Evergrande Jinbi Property and coordinated by Evergrande Real Estate. According to the national regulations, the housing construction unit has a two-year warranty, that is, the construction unit is responsible for the warranty for two years from the date of delivery, and only jinbi property of Evergrande is responsible for coordination. After more than two years, the maintenance will be carried out by Evergrande Real Estate's own construction team.
